Seriously. I’m not use to this feeling of happiness and excitement I feel like I should be expecting something awful to happen any moment now.
First the exact light fishing combo I’ve been eye balling for a few weeks goes on a Prime day sale:
PFlueger President 25x on a 6'6" light action rod
the same week I have a big fishing day planned. Our first outing with a boat all summer! I can’t wait to break this bad boy in!
Then I meet the most amazing girl. We have been talking just a few days but I feel like we are two peas in the same pod. Tonight is our first date and I’m super stoked! I Have butterflies like I’m in high school again! She’s perfect and I’m just worried I’ll fuck this up.
Why does happiness feel so wrong?! hahaha

I can’t wait to break it in. Next month I’m Grabbing a Pflueger Supreme XT 40 for my Salmon rig. I used my buddies President XT 35 earlier this year and feel in love but didn’t the the price for a president xT 25 was worth it for a 25 so i went with the non XT. I just need to dab a little oil in her before I go out tomorrow but she’s soo smooth!
